    Smokers??

    Does anyone find they smoke so much more while being on Lipotrim...its annoying me... Getting rid of the fat but putting more pressure on my lungs not happy x

    Yes I'm finding I smoke more. My dr wanted me to stop smoking but I had already lost a ton of weight so I decided to stick with the diet. At least when I do get round to stopping smoking after the diet I know I have the willpower to do it as let's face it in this diet you need tons. So if I put on a little weight giving up then I know a couple of weeks back on Lipotrim will sort that out.

    Good to no im not the only one i would love to stop smoking but doing it the same time as this diet will not end well lol guess that i will tackle the smoking after the weight x
