I already drink loads of water but is there anything anyone does that they find they loose more weight doing?
I may try drinking green tea instead of normal black tea and not having any sweeteners! Is there possibly anything else? Lol

hi hun...by the looks of your weight loss i dont think you need any tips and you are doing great....i dont think there is anything else you can do to boost loss on this diet the shakes n water do all the work... n i wouldnt recommend exercise as when i did that the beginin of the week i put on 1lb lost it now though lol just keep doing what you are doing because its working
