    A long time

    Hi guys its been a good 6 mths from id been here. But had still been on LT til just before December. Iv gained i know without getting on them scales. Were in the middle of moving house and im not cooking or eating properly. Grabbing anything. The move isnt in the same town it would be easier if it was, so far weve been trying to move over christmas. Still not moved properly half stuff in one house and half in the other. Have 2-3weeks of shakes here ready to go. So the minuite ive just the keys of the news house il b bk on the shakes straight away..

    Lipotrim 100% for 16 week going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didn’t do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Rather than let the destructive cycle continue I am taking control. I am now preganant so although I don't plan on getting to goal I want to approach a healthy lifestyle rather than eat everything in sight!! I am truly a junk/sweet food addict and it is embarrasing the amount of cr*p I eat!! Have to give me and little bubba the best start I can.

    Start weight 12.3.2013 - 10st 10lbs (ouch!)
