motivation!!!

Jiust thought id bob back here and try give you all some motivation. I did lipotrim for 7weeks and lost 2 and a half stone. Over xmas I pigged out on all the wrong foods and truely made up for all the none eating. Low and behold I gained 8lbs!!! Served me well and truely right. Well a few weeks after that shock ive lost 4lbs by myself just watching what I eat and doing a little exercise. I still pig out on the odd day but who doesnt. So yes people do regain but keep up lipotrim then ensure you eat right after refeed and you will keep it off. Keep it up xxx
