I LOVE them!!! Tend to be prone to constipation wen i have them, so try and limit them. Usually 1 every other day but i have been known to have them more often and even twice in one day!!

Im a coconut flapjack girl, not so keen on the peanut
Lipotrim 100% for 16 week going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didn’t do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Rather than let the destructive cycle continue I am taking control. I am now preganant so although I don't plan on getting to goal I want to approach a healthy lifestyle rather than eat everything in sight!! I am truly a junk/sweet food addict and it is embarrasing the amount of cr*p I eat!! Have to give me and little bubba the best start I can.

Oh by the way i would advise asking your pharmacy for an extra peanut and coconut flapjack surplass to your 21 (just pay the few quid extra) so u can try them. You dony want to get them and hate it and than be without a shake.

My pharmacist was really kind and gave me them free to try

OK, thanks for the info! Well I love both coconut and peanut, so can't wait! Think I might favour the peanut, but it's subject to change hehe. What is the consistency/texture like?? Anythng like proper flappers?

Dont expect much!! It is an acquired taste and not the same at all as a yummy buttery flapjack. Mmmm

I tried a coconut one once, the very first time I did LT.

I opened it and it smelled like dogfood - can't possibly taste as bad as it smells I thought...

Wrong!! It was worse. I spat it out, binned the rest and went without.

I think "carpet tiles" is the most common comparison, but they do give you something to chew! (If your teeth are up to the challenge) Revolting, but they do serve a purpose when it's the only chewing you are going to do for a while!

    Good luck!
