    Need to restart

Hi, I have previously used Lipotrim, and successfully lost near to 6 stone...However because i started getting lots of 'tummy troubles' i stopped using Lipotrim and gradually everything i lost has been regained
I really want to restart and don't know what it is holding me back but for some reason i have not made the trip to the chemist yet..
I hate being this big again and i HATE the consistent insults i receive from complete strangers who think its fine to call me 'fat' a 'beast' and a 'that' because i am overweight....
This site always supported me and inspired me so i guess i have come back to look for that little push which i need xx

    Hope everyone is well xxxx

come on hun, you can do this, get back on track, take the first step and make the first priority tomorow to go to the pharmacy
Lipotrim 100% for 16 week going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didn’t do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Rather than let the destructive cycle continue I am taking control. I am now preganant so although I don't plan on getting to goal I want to approach a healthy lifestyle rather than eat everything in sight!! I am truly a junk/sweet food addict and it is embarrasing the amount of cr*p I eat!! Have to give me and little bubba the best start I can.

    Start weight 12.3.2013 - 10st 10lbs (ouch!)

Hi, for plenty on here it's our second time or more. Get your head in the right place, get to your pharmacy and make a start. We'll support you all the way. I know exactly what you mean about feeling apprehensive restarting. I put it off for years, even trying various online VLCDs so I didn't have to face the pharmacist on weigh day. But I've been on plan for 4 weeks and the feeling is great, I feel in control of myself and that I am regaining control of my life.

You can do it again, you know how to be successful on the diet, and then we can face that maintenance monster as well, when the time comes.

Looking forward to hearing you're back on plan.

    take care xx

    Hi,
I am doing lipotrim for the 2nd time too. I did exactly the same and kept putting a restart off. When i think i was just burying my head in the sand. You can do it, bite the bullet and go to the pharmacy. Good luck.
