    wow it was a tough morning went to shop bought un mentionable when i was getting paper, opened in car, stuffed in to glove box, got to work opened glove box sat for minute and stuffed back in glove box, 10 shakes down 11 to go half way there

    All the way to day 6, did some measurements this morning and very impressed even with 20 mins exercise in the evening i'm loosing loads nd loads of inches thank god its working coz i nearly through the towel in yesterday.
    wedding dress will hopefully fit properly this weekend coz I always tend to lose from the top down

    Shrink my belly so I don't look pregnant!
    Get under 11st- Done week 10
    Get out of the, 'overweight' category into the 'normal' Done week 12 Undone week 13
    Get back into my small size 14 jeans - DONE Wk 12!! But they're tight after a meal
    Refeed properly - eg not giving up after 4 days - Meh.
    Get to 10.5st.
    Get a new dress and feel sexy!
