    Quick question?

    Hi everyone, hope you are all doing okay, I'm on week 6 and I can't believe it! Got a question that has been playing on my mind, I want to be 9 7lb but should I go to 9st on lipotrim and allow myself room to put on the 7lb in refeed and maintenance or stop at goal and that should be okay. Are you stopping at goal or losing a little extra just in case? Need to know how long to be on this for! Thanks

    Very good question. And your absolutely right in going lower than your target weight. Because you have to compensate for the addition of glycogen and water when you refeed. Im going to be doing the same ( God willing ) .
    I want to hit the 100 kg mark. But to do so I'll have to go 95 kg so that after a careful refeed I don't put back to much water weight .

    Thanks for your reply so do you think half a stone is enough leeway? Also does anyone know if the pharmacy will stop you at any point because you've lost too much weight? Desperate to be 9st 7lb!

    hun i think if you do refeed properly than you shouldnt put any weight on. some ppl even lose weight on refeed

    In 2012 Lipotrim 100% for 16 weekS going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didnít do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Than fell pregnant at 10 st 7lbs so could not continue with lipotrim. Was just under 12 stone at full term pregnancy. After I had my baby goose the weight just piled on. Back on it for round 2 and this time I WILL MAINTAIN
