    Lipotrim & Meal replacement bars

    Hello everyone,

I'm back after a couple of years. Unfortunately my weight has crept back up. For those who remember I lost 5 & 1/2 stone in 2009 over 12 weeks, going from 19 & 1/2 st down to 14 st.

I'm back up to 19 st, but after my first week I'm down to 18 st 4 lbs.

I'm having two male lipotrim shakes each day, making sure I get enough water.

My question is, I have several bars of; https://eontu.com/milk-chocolate-tru...eplacement-bar
I have asked the makers directly if I can have one of these as a replacement for a lipotrim shake without affecting weightless / ketosis, and they have said that I can. I wanted to ask for everyone's opinion on here to be honest to see if I can. I don't want to jeopardise my weight loss in any way.

    Thanks,
    Mike.

If they said you can, then you can. But you most definitely will lose weight quicker if you dont have them. Keep us posted on how it goes.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

To be honest that's what I was afraid of, losing weight at a slower rate if I have the bars. As you know, it's hard going on the shakes, and the thought that I could be slowing it down is not a good one.

    Regards,
    Mike.

I've been comparing the nutritional values of lipotrim and the bars and the bars are lower in everything except fibre?
