It would depend on what you ate the first week on Sw, if you jump straight in then you would probably gain a little bit, which would be the glycogen stores replenishing along with fluid x
I was wondering the same Charlie. I think if you do gain the first week it should come off the following week once your body adjusts to the change in diet. To be honest the only thing getting me through this is the thought of going on to SW to maintain my weight loss. I even look at their forum - pure torture I know reading about what they are having for their teas etc but it seems to help get me through this in some strange way lol! :)
Hey Charlie, if I was you I'd do refeed week and then go to SW, it'll ensure that you don't put weight on in the first week. :)
maybe do a re-feed week and then start doing slimming world with mostly red days so your still having lots of protein and low carbohydrates and gradually introduce green and extra easy days.
