    Emotional Eater

    I'm so ashamed that I have to start all over again tomorrow. I snacked terrible today.

    I've come to realise that I don't deal with stress very well. I have to do this for my health and stop comforting myself with sugar.

    Here we go again...... day one AGAIN tomorrow

    Keep going and move on. I'm also an emotional eater and have had to force myself to handle stress differently. I'm very luck my other half is understanding and is getting talked to more than before I tended to absorb stress and not talk about it or my feelings. I'm getting much better at letting it out and dealing with moments directly which has been a great learning experience for me.
