Well after starting again this week, I've had bad heartburn, took some gaviscon. Which after looking at old posts, you can't have. So only lost 3lbs in 3 days, and back out of ketosis this morning. Feel so upsetI'm gonna be starving today again

Weight myself and assess the damage of the last 6 months - Done +1st12lbs
Get back under 12st- Done week 3
Manage a whole month on VLCD. DONE WHOOOOO!
Make it to 24th FEB. YES YES YES YESSSSS
Refeed PROPERLY for a week.Done!
Have ONE week break ONLY.
Start again on 11/3/2013
Manage 4 more weeks on VLCD. Done whooo!
Shrink my belly so I don't look pregnant!

I'm on week 23. I've completed 22 weeks been 100% and lost 7st (well 1lb off) it so works when you stick to it! The results out way the need just stay focoused.

I put the Vanillia into coffee as it makes it like a lattee, this far down the line im actually living on the vanillia and the chicken soup as fed up with the rest!

Got weighed yesterday and lost loads more than I thought according to their scales! 12.10lb not too bad. List exactly 3 stone since I had my baby in September![]()
