    2 shakes and low cal dinner

    Hi, has anyone done a shake for breakfast and lunch then a low calorie meal for dinner? What were the losses like? Thanks

    Ive not done it but if this is what you want to do as I understand it you might be better doing the maintanence programme. Also you need to be aware that you may not go/stay in ketosis so will feel a lot more hungry. You probably would have pretty good losses but not as much as you would loose of TFR. It would really depend on how many calories your meal contained. You would also have to probably consider taking a multi vitamin so that you are getting all the correct nutrients as 2 shakes would only provide you with 2/3rds of your RDA.


    If this is the diet you are considering there are other options like Slim and Save which you can have three replacement meals (shakes,soups, bars etc) and then a low carb high protein meal with the aim of staying in ketosis.
