    Mother's Day

    Hello everyone how you all doing, I just wanted to say i went to my mother in laws for Mother's Day dinner today and it was a struggle as she's such a good cook and made my fave dinner and had lots of sweets/cakes laying about for afters but I managed to stay 100% and did not eat a thing, I Felt a bit awkward sitting there with just a glass of water but now it's the end of the day I'm glad I didn't give in. Tomorrow I'm at my mums with the kids for Mother's Day and I hope I can have the willpower I had today. I know it's not worth it and I want to get to my goal weight so trying to stay focused.
    How about everyone else? Will you be staying 100% or are you having the day off?

    I am staying 100 percent. Well done on your willpower and good luck for tomorrow
    I will be slim for May

    week 1 = 8lb off
    Week 2 = 5lb off
    Week3 = 3.5ib off
    Week 4 = 3.5lb off
    8lb till goal to go
    goal - 11 st
