    Advice please re hen night

    My sisters hen night is 2 weeks on Saturday. I will have been on plan 4 weeks and intend to eat and have just 1 or 2 drinks at most.
    could you please tell me if my agenda sounds ok?
    two shakes during the day.
    chicken salad without dressing( it's an Italian but I'm sure they will do salad)
    Small wine and soda water during the meal. Topped up with water during the meal diet coke or soda water during the night and then maybe one more wine and soda later in the evening.
    back on plan the next day.
    does this sound like the best option or would you recommend a better meal/ drink

    Week3 = 3.5ib off
    Week 4 = 3.5lb off

    Current BMI: 30.2

    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st3lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st12lb
    % Lost 14.98%
    I would stick with chicken or steak only no salad or veg. Steak wouldn't look out of place plain.
    also if I've drank on LT I'd have gin and slim line tonic or vodka diet coke. Alcohol will take u out of ketosis but if I've drank on the sat night, I'm back in ketosis Sunday evening.
    Lose last 2 stone before may 9th, with hopefully time for a refeed week before my hols
