Grrrrrrrr!!!!

Keep trying to get back on TFR but just keep failing, it's frustrating as I lost 8.7st last year and was 100% for the whole 18 weeks.

any advice?

I've found you've really got to be in the right mindset.

I don't feel I am atm but am going to try to do it anyway.

I tried 3 times to get back on it and failed. Once i was in the right frame of mind BINGO. Good luck, you will do it when you are ready.
