    Good luck with your restart. I don't spice the shakes up as I prefer them to be bland to keep my mind away from 'food' as it were, and I mostly have chocolate shakes only. Plenty on here do though, crushed ice being a very popular option it seems.

    I tried experimenting with my shakes and it went terribly wrong lol. So I'll be sticking to good old shakes now

    I seen a lipotrim recipe book somewhere, i think its on the general thread under where the list of subforums are. I'm not gonna experiment yet as i need a break from food of any type to keep my mind in the right place but have a look at it, its very interesting with lots of ideas.     Previously lost 5.7st on Lipotrim in 2011, in 14 weeks. Weight gained in pregnancy following the birth of my first daughter. Hoping for the same fab results, only I have more to lose this time around :-(
    Absolutely worth it though for my two gorge girlies!!! That said, no more babies for me ;-)
