I'm so glad I didn't give in and came out on top..day 10 is over and it was honestly a great day..not as many cravings and feeling much more positiveWell done all of you for keeping true to your dream, it will soon come true and we'll all be very clean along the way lol, massive thanks for all your support..couldn't do it without you..wonderful site
