New to lipotrim?

Hey guys!
I'm new to this site, really only made it to get an idea of what people think of the lipotrim diet! I'm current 5ft5in, and weigh in at 13 stone! I am very lucky however to not look like a 13 stone lady... I'm only 20 too. I'm not looking at lipotrim for a quick fix by any means, I'm quitting smoking so I want to do it just to shift some weight before I get back into the gym (currently as an overweight smoker I'm not exactly fit enough for the gym). I'd just like advice from anyone who's been on it; is it difficult? What about the hair loss, I'm terrified about that? And any advice for keeping the weight off afterwards?
I'm only looking to lose around 4 stone using lipotrim, but during this time will I have the energy to go to the gym since it's just a liquid diet?

Thank you so much for any advice you guys can give!

Hi

LT has changed my life. You have to be very focussed and really want to lose weight to do it. The first week is tough, but the weighin usually makes up for it. I've not done any exercise on LT as I've not had the energy to do it and most are the same. Some do carry on with exercise, but it depends on your fitness before and you don't want to make yourself ill. Weightloss is fast and keeps coming off so the results are quick and motivating. I've been doing this 6 months and am starting my refeed next week. I have had some hairloss but have really thick hair so not noticeable, and it's only temporary Advice for keeping the weight off... don't go back to your old ways! Treat food a a fuel not a crutch.

Good luck whatever you decide x x x
