I seem to be in quite mild ketosis constantly at the moment for some reason and I have dropped pretty much anything unofficial from my Lipo plan.
eg stopped drinking zero coke etc.
All I have had for days now is water and shakes but ketosis though apparent is still quite mild - eg 0.5 on the ketostix chart.
Is that fairly ok anyway, I seem to have dropped in the last couple of days after a brief stall.
The only thing I do have to take apart from Lipo is Gout/Arthritis medication for my gout as Lipo kicks it off real good.
