hey everyone, after reading loads of posts on various threads about Lipotrim I decided to take the plunge today and I went to visit my pharmacist and have a chat to them about starting the journey... twas very nerve racking!!

Anyway I took a deep breath and went in and they told me all about it and then said that they didnt have any supplies in and wouldnt have them till tomorrow afternoon after all that!!

So I got some literature about it (which I have to be honest is all very daunting and very confusing) and promised them I would be back tomorrow to pick up the weekly supply of sachets to start on Friday

Getting butterflies in the tummy now

Aw what lovely things to say!!!
I'm on it 14 weeks next weigh in, Friday!
It's the bestest thing I've ever done! Still a long way to go but I tryed on size 16 trousers today and they fit, keep in mind I've had to shop in evens for the past year so to be in a "normal" shop size feels fantastic!!!! Yaaaay!!

    Talking Med

    Hi Daisy
Just wanted to say a very big thank you for telling people the truth about Liportim. I am on week 3 and lost 1 stone 1 lb, at my age (47 tomorrow) its ever so difficult to loose weight and it seemed to be slowly creaping up year on year. I havent been this weight since my last baby was born 20 years ago!!!!!!! I must agree the energy levels are soaring no tiredness getting out of bed and I also notice an improvement in my skin. I think that if anyone is unsure about Lipotrim and Googles it it is easy to get put off with all the scaremongering. If anyone Googles Lipotrim 2008 you get to sites like this one with more up to date stuff and more positive feedback. I have tried ALL the diets over the years, all healthy ones I might add (no cabbage soup ets) and the devastation of spending the week counting points or weighing food only to find a 1 lb loss after queuing up at a weight watchers meeting is simply devastating and the worst part is any small deviation from the norm can set you back 2 weeks again !! Liportim is a fast safe effective way of losing weight and let nobody say different. I havent been exactly a saint while on this, skim in my tea is something I cant do without, also the odd pick of meat at dinner but for the most it's been strawberry shakes only, despite the deviations I still have a nice bit of weight loss every week and cant help grinning to myself leaving the Chemist shop after a weigh in.
Go on Lipotrim.... your the best!!!!!!!!!!
    Thank you Daisy
    Week 1 12 stone 4 - (my jeans are tight !!!!!)
    Week 2 11 stone 9
Week 3 11 stone 3 - the weigh in is 2 more days away !!!!!!!!

hey med...you know everything you said is true.. I heard about LT from a friend of mine, went to google it and all I could see was negative remarks. Then by accident I stumbled onto this forum and I have heard nothing put positive remarks about it... and seeing the photos of people it definitely works!

    starting on Monday

    Hi all
Starting on monday. Given away almost all my food to the homeless shelter last night and working through what little is left this weekend. Bought the peppermint tea and green tea with mint to see if any different. I know i only start on Monday but one of my big worries is the refeed and putting all the weight back on. I have lost some weight myself but have been the same weight for 2 months and think lipotrim will help. Does anybody know how the refeed works? My pharmasist did not really say much to be honest. Hope someone can help.
    Thanks
Well done on the great weight losses
    Keep in touch

after reading the various threads, thought why wait till Monday and have started today, Sunday. Ok up to now. Tried the vanilla shake, that i had to drink very cold, quickly and through a straw and saved a teaspoons worth for my black coffee but to be honest, I think i will stick to weak black coffee in future. Not hungry yet but it is only 2pm. Tomorrow will be the test when I am at work.
Going to try the peanut flapjack tomorrow at work for lunch. Lets see how they taste.
Back soon as know will need support
