I am only on day 3 of the diet but I feel great.. For a couple of weeks before I started I spent my time thinking about it..imagining myself looking the way I want to... so by the time I actually started i was so excited I barely noticed that I hadn't eaten..I'm taking it a day at a time.. I give my self a pat on the back at the end of the day because this is a big thing for me I have been on every diet you can think of and managed to loose some weight but always end up putting it back on... I have 2 and half stone to lose and am really confident I will succeed after reading peoples comments!! It was so nice to read about someone with a positive experience !!

It can be tough at some points but its not impossible, the way i see it the food we're really missing (the crap) we shouldn't be eating anyway, if we want to be healthy and the other stuff can all wait, its only a couple of months out of our lives!! its worth it.
15st 5, 3st 5lb to lose
14st 3.5, 2st 3.5lb to lose
so refeeding

BUT had a load of stress within a few months, ate ALL the wrong things; lots of bread/biscuits/chips ets; you get the picture I'm sure. NOT that these things cannot be eaten again ....... you have to eat in moderation.........not like me and be a pig
could have been more if I had drank the water
so my own fault. But the horror stories are in my opinion from people who either have not tried this diet/it wasn't suitable for them or they want you to join the diet club they are running
You can feel rough on day 2 or 3 thats carbohydrate withdrawl, not everyone does, I did, took paracetamol, then was OK next day and NEVER FELT BETTER!! Even my other half said how much better I looked (health wise) my skin/hair/mood was sooooooooo improved
If it was so bad I wouldn't have gone back on it! I know it works and weight loss can be maintained as long as you do not do what I done and eat everything in sight and eat far too much
