2 shakes suddenly no longer feels like enough
I've been on lipotrim now for almost 5 weeks, of course for the first week and a bit I was extremely hungry all the time, however after that the hunger (at least the painful stomach-crunching hunger) went away. Some days I even forgot to have my second shake. Now though for some reason for the last few days I feel like I did in the first week again...maybe not quite as bad but so much more hungry than I've been for the last 2 or 3 weeks. I usually have my second shake at 8pm and sometimes have to convince myself to get up to make it, but today I couldn't wait any longer than 6pm I was starving.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea why and did it go away? The only thing I can think of is that I've switched recently from having 2 shakes per day to having 1 shake and 1 soup or sometimes 2 soups. I'd have thought they have the same nutrients and things in them though?

That is strange. Are you still having lots of water? Also, depending on what time you wake up and go to sleep, you may be leaving it too long between shakes.
I'm up at 7.30am and go to sleep around midnight....I have my first shake at 2pm and my second at 7pm. Everyone is different, so maybe try and experiment a bit? Failing that, obviously speak to your pharmacist and hopefully they can help.
