    Im back

Hi all hope your all doing well at this very hard time, I did lt for 19 weeks ending in September and lost 5 stone, I've kept it a of and actually lost a few more pounds since :-) I've decided to start again on the 2nd jan as have a tummy tuck booked for end of jan so want four weeks to lose what I can and lose what I put on over Xmas, I found it quite easy the first time round but hear the second is harder,
Well enough about me, keep going

Hi it's costing 5800 worry every penny I hope lol, I didn't really want to start the shakes again but I know it's the quickest way to get results. My hair started falling out really bad about two months ago which has depressed me a lot and I vowed I would never do it again but here I am :-)
Hope you both have a wonderful Christmas x
