Hi! I'm new here today, just starting Lipotrim (again). I'm not used to posting anywhere so hopefully I'm not messing this up. I did try Lipotrim for a few weeks a couple of years ago..how disgraceful that it's taken me this long to get back to it. I just wanted to join and post here, not only for inspiration, but also for support and to maybe be held accountable. I have a lot of weight to lose, at least 7 stone:eek: ..I'm honestly too scared to dig out my scales at the minute. I know I'll feel better once I have a few days under my belt and I'll summon the courage then. For now I just have to get thru my first day and lift my huge bum off the sofa (seriously lacking in energy, doesn't help that I'm a lazy mare either!) I'm pretty sure that exercise and drinking enough water will be my biggest probs. Why is it that when I MUST drink lots of water I find it so hard? I'm just a rebel without a cause:rolleyes: Ok, I've waffled on enough, I'm off to read all about your inspirational journeys. Happy New Year everyone!!

Hi Sam, good luck, LT is so easy once u get in ur stride! Minimims and water r ur new best friends. U must have the water, ur at risk of developing kidney stones if u don't, serious risks to ur health. Forget the exercise for now. U can do it girl! X

Thanks Yeye. I'm nearly a week in now and actually it's been ok. I'm amazed that I haven't felt hungry at all. Finding it much easier with the water too. You're absolutely right, I wake with a slight headache until I've had my first glass, now just having small glasses all day long and feeling good. Hope to up the exercise as I progress too. At least now I don't get to sit on my rear for long..all that water has me running to the bathroom constantly:p I absolutely love this site, although I'm more of a lurker than a poster. Couldn't do it without reading all the fabulous success stories like yours...well done, just amazing! Weigh in day tomorrow so I'll be posting to keep record. Thanks for the encouragement:)

Exciting! Good luck with the WI! Not that u'll need it! X

Hi!
I'm new too! Well, a repeat user actually. I'm on day 4 and struggling. It's great knowing there's support on here. I did it for 8 weeks, 4 years ago before falling off the wagon. Like you, I have a lot to loss (7-8 stone!) but we can only do it one day at a time!
Here's to this time being the last time!

I'm a restarter too, on day 5, not sure how I will cope on the weekend but I'm sure I will stay strong and 100%!
good luck to any one weighing in!

I had my first weigh in today and lost 13lbs so happy. It has given my willpower a boost to carry on hopefully till end of february . good luck everyone:)

Hi Sam. So glad to hear you're doing so well. Likewise I have about 7st to lose and feel really inspired by all the success stories and encouragement on here. I'm about to start tomorrow and for the first time in my life I really do think I can do this before my 50th birthday in August. Bring it on! And thanks guys for all the inspiration, it really is appreciated ?
