3rd times the charm

Hi Everyone,

I'm coming back to do Lipotrim again, I've did it twice before but not very successfully, I decided to mix it up a bit this time and I have set myself loss goals for each week - with a prize If I hit them!

Only thing is... now I'm wondering if this will ruin the diet!

I started on Wednesday and I weighed 17 Stone 3, which is the most I've ever weighed, My target for my weigh in tomorrow is 16 Stone 3 - wishful thinking I know, but I'm hoping a chunk of the weight will of fell off as it was water weight from the Christmas stuffing!

Anyway, My plan has been all week to have a meal tomorrow if I hit my target, I was thinking a meal of steak, fish, chicken etc. something full Paleo, all protein, no carbs.

How bad is this idea?

This is the first time i'll have stuck to this diet past 3 days and it's the meal that's kept me going but will eating a meal with no carbs really hold the diet back?

13lbs down first week!

Didn't hit my target but could be a good thing since no cheating now!
 
Well done!! that's an amazing loss!! One bit of advice....DO NOT EAT!! it all goes downhill the moment you do, it will set you back,not just on the scales but your mindset too, if you eat and don't gain you'll think cool I can do it again, eventually you will gain. You've done brilliantly so far, what about buying clothes for a treat or saving money for every pound you lose and put it towards a holiday? I don't know just anything but food! Good luck!
 
I have decided now that eating is not an option, thanks for the nudge in that direction, I really don't have that much to lose so I should be happy about that and stick this out!

I cant wait to finish this diet and get back into Paleo and eating healthy but for now I'm sticking to it!

I'm starting to get some energy back now so I'm going to hit the gym this week, I'm back at the Pharmacy on Saturday since they had no chocolate shakes left and they're the only ones I can face, I've got my fingers crossed for over a stone then and maybe even into the 15's!

Congrats on your first week loss, I have been in a similar situation I lost lots of weight the last time I did the diet and put it back on by going back to old habits. This time I am determined to keep the weight off.

One thing I did the last time after week eight was to have one meal a week after my weight in day and it is not worth it, you put weight back on, feel hungry and most of all it knocks you out of ketosis.

The way I see it is if I stick to the plan 100% I will get to my goal weight quicker and then can have some food.

Well done on your loss! Give yourself treats for meeting goals. I am a returner and lost lots last time, not put it all on but feeling uncomfortable again so am back. I have just finished day 1. My treats are usually spray tan, massage, nails, new outfit etc and it kept me going ten weeks! I lost about 3 stone. Back at it with a vengeance now ha ha. Good luck love!
 
Hi all, just an update, I've cheated twice since I started but overall I think I've done pretty well, I've just came out of the chemist and weight 15.8 so I'm very happy and I'm looking forward to next week!
