Hey guys,
I am set on doing this diet when I get paid next month. I am really excited about it.
I was just wondering if any of you suffer with ME/CFS (chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and how it affected you? My doc was particularly unhelpful and literally shrugged his shoulders with "I dont know".
I would really appreciate any comments
