I don't know about you, but I'm finding Sundays really tough. Despite doing a 10k walk this morning (WOW!!! ) I have come home to the wonderful smells of Sunday dinner and am feeling a bit bleurghhh! I don't know if it's an association thing- Sundays are our 'family' day- good food and lazy afternoons- but I just find them really tough. I guess it might also be the whole day before weigh-in thing but I find myself clock-watching! Does anyone else get this, or have particular days they find tough?
