    Can you freeze shakes?

    Hope this hasnt been asked before but just wondering is it ok to do this? Put my shake in the freezer for a few mins this eve to cool it before drinking and thought it might actually be nice frozen...sort of like ice cream!

    I think you need to drink it before 15 mins or it looses it's vitamins etc....

    im sure not if it would kill off all the vitamins but yes they recommend you drink it once made up, within 15 to get all the goodness from it.
