Lipotrim weight loss when on period.

Morning Everyone,

This is my first week on Lipotrim, going well so far! I am due for my first weigh in tomorrow however I came on my period last night. Just wondering if you have noticed if your weight loss is affected those weeks you are on your period or not? Thinking it might be OK this week but worrying about next week.

i found that i still had great losses, TOTM or not

It seems to affect some peoples' weighins more than others, you might be one of the lucky ones where it doesn't affect you much, or at all! I noticed that my losses weren't as great around TOTM, but usually the week after makes up for it and you lose more to compensate.
