I'm currently refeeding It's what you do when you're at the end of Lipotrim, when you've lost all that you wanted to lose and want to start eating again. The refeed week is where you gradually introduce food and carbohydrates. On the first day you have two shakes and one meal consisting of chicken, turkey, white fish or tuna with salad or green veg. On day 2 you have just one shake and two meals as described in day 1. Day 3 is the same except at one meal you're allowed an 8oz potato. On days 4-7 you can have lean meat, some bread, pasta or rice, small portions of fruit etc.
