Hey I'm Kelly. I'm currently waiting until next Wed to get my shakes and then I'm going to dive in head first and get slim. I'm an old timer and I've came back after piling on the pounds and now I feel miserable . This week I'm just trying to be more conscious about what I'm eating and trying to be healthy. I'm in the right frame of mind to kick some serious weight loss butt >:]. This forum is super supportive so I hope I can lean on you guys when I need help and get some advice and support.
