trouble sleeping?

Hello,
I am in my first week of Lipo' and have not slept properly for the last 2 nights
waking up almost hourly. Diet the only change in my life. Has anyone else had this happen? :sigh:
 
Hi Linda, I done LT a couple if years ago with brilliant results so I'm gonna be starting it again this week. The only thing putting me off (well apart from manky breath) is the sleepless nights. It was torture for me too for almost 2 weeks when I first started I tossed an turned all night and had restless legs. It's hard to disprove but it's like electric shocks running through them! I had to sleep in the spare room because I needed to move so much! After the 2 weeks tho I had the best sleep ever and in the morning you bounce up like a spring lamb!! It's so weird. I always find it hard to get to sleep but after the 2 weeks I was out like a light. It's a harsh but brilliant diet so ride it out, the results will be worth it! Xx
 
thanks for this Alan. The stinky breath kicked in yesterday UGH,
last nights sleep was not too bad hopefully it will sort itself out
1st week weigh on Wednesday fingers crossed
