    Hi all!

    4 years ago I lost just over 4 stone on lipotrim and this forum was a big reason, even though I never posted!

    Whenever I was feeling cranky I would have a scroll through this and it worked wonders!

    Kept the weight off for 3 years. My tip is stay well away from sugar when off it. It's the devil

    Anyways put back on 2 stone in last year (crap year!) :-( So here I am again! Started today. Hope to lose 2.5 this time but to be honest at the moment feels like 20.

    Thank you to everyone who posts & good luck to anyone starting/thinking about starting.

    It is a hard diet but it's just science. When you refeed you realise you have taste buds you never knew existed and seeing as you are weaned off sugar ~ try to keep it to an absolute minimum!

    23rd July - 4th day refeed
    24th July - 5th day refeed
    25th July - 6th day refeed

    26th July - hen party - woohoo! Praying i'll be 10s 7lb

    Then follow IF to lose final two stone, it's a battle but i'll get there!

    Hiya Paul welcome back, you did great previously and I'm sure it will be the same this time around. You seem like you have it worked out. It's a hard diet but it works for us so all is good

    Hi guys!

    Finding a lot harder this time around. Day 7 today but cracked and had a chicken omelette on day 5! First time I ever broke this diet.

    "Felt" really hungry and didn't really care.

    Goal now is to make it to day 14 without cracking again and hopefully the loss then will give me the determination to keep going!

    Hope everyone is being more strict than me!

    It is harder 2nd time round. I've had a few goes at this. 1st time I lost 3 and a half. 2nd time lost 4 and a half. The few in between I've not managed to do. I've been on it nearly 2 weeks this time. Its soooo hard but I have to think......its only for a short time. It retrains your taste buds. Skin clears up. Feel look healthier. A bit more of a spring in your step after a couple of weeks.

    You know you can do've done it before. And 2 and a half stone if going to fly off you. 5-7 weeks max xx
