Exante not as fast as Lipotrim?

Hi guys,

I switched to Exante a week ago and maybe its just my body getting use to Exante but I've found the loss is nowhere near as fast as Lipotrim.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Yes, I did too. Exante has a higher carbohydrate imo.
I changed my diet a little, and am now seeing the same losses as lipotrim.
I have 2 milkshakes a day, but with and added scoop of 30 grams of protien in each, bringing my calories to 600 as I'm a male,. Therefore lowering my carbs and increasing my protein intake.

I tried exante very recently and I couldn't eat anything on there. The weight loss for me was nearly nothing so I didn't carry on and came back to Lipotrim which is the only thing that works for me.

I've tried exante and cambridge and I agree that the weight loss on Lipotrim is definitely faster! No idea why specifically or if that's even accurate for everyone else but for me I think it's because of the strict structure of it and it is the lowest in terms of calories.

I have real issues with food and don't do well with bars and drinks, porridges and soups...I need to get my head down, restrict myself and lose it as fast as possible.

I work with people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol and my behaviour with food mirrors theirs in so many ways, it's scary!

Destination hun you don't know the half of it LOL The way I am with food is so scary but I cant help it, my mind takes over and controls everything the amounts I eat is crazy. I just cant stop it either, I attack everything that's eatable and keep going. It's shameful and disturbing. I can definitely say that I'm addicted to food and can't get enough of it. I don't do it openly that's why I'm not off the rails regarding my weight. Also my husband is a gym junkie (daily) and looks after himself so that kind of puts pressure on me to try and control it. If I had 3 wishes I would gladly waste one on being able to eat what I want as much as want and still have the body and health I want.
