    I'm doing ok!! Made sure to keep myself busy...been posting items to sell on eBay, it takes loads of time so the day has flown by and I'll hopefully earn some money for my holidays I'd normally be eating constantly, I need to break that habit!! X

    I'm the same destination i put the weight on after I stopped smoking 6 months ago .i was always eating lol .i was so tempted tonight to have a big fat kebab but I managed to resist and had my soup instead lmoa x

    Well done on kebab avoidance...weekends are a nightmare!! Glad I work done weekends, takes away the stress! Wish I likes the soup but I just couldn't like it last time, I tried! Will have to settle for hot chocolate instead xx

    Do you just stay on the shakes all day then? I don't mind the soup cause it gives me a different taste in my mouth lol x

    Yes, shakes all day and I don't like vanilla so stuck with chocolate and strawberry, ha! I do measure half vanilla and half chocolate or strawberry powder though and have a choc/vanilla or vanilla/strawberry...that's yum!
