    Starting Lipotrim second time

    Hi everyone I'm starting Lipotrim second time round ... I lost 4.5 stones within 3 months last time ... But this time don't seem to have the motivation

    1st June -

    6th June to 20th June (Egypt) - 15 days

    6th June -
    21st June -

    21st June to 19th July (final hurdle) - 29 days

    28th June -
    5th July -
    12th July -
    19th July -

    20th July - 1st day refeed
    21st July - 2nd day refeed
    22nd July - 3rd day refeed
    23rd July - 4th day refeed
    24th July - 5th day refeed
    25th July - 6th day refeed

    26th July - hen party - woohoo! Praying i'll be 10s 7lb

    Then follow IF to lose final two stone, it's a battle but i'll get there!

    SK2 I'm a restarter and trust me just get through the first week and come on here to post and just motivate others as it also boosts you. I understand you so well and know exactly how you feel and what is going through your head. Just don't let your mind sabotage you, you can do it. We are here daily so keep coming on here.

    Weigh in 1 - 8.4lbs = 75.2
    Weigh in 2 - 2.4lbs = 74.1
    Weigh in 3 - 2.4lbs = 73
    Weigh in 4 - 1.8lbs = 72.2
    Weigh in 5 - 3.5lbs = 70.6
    Weigh in 6 - 4.6lbs = 68.5
