    Morning! I've tried one a few times and they are great, a lot harder than it looks but it works and isn't too tiring, takes more stamina than energy!

    I think vibrio plates, walking and 30 day shred are perfect for Lipotrim...effective but not too intense! x

    i went on it again today and i think it was a bad idea as i felt a bit queazy before hand and now i feel worse
