    Smile Round 2 of Lipotrim...Starting back tomorrow !

    Hi guys,

    I tried lipotrim about 2 years ago and managed to last 21 days.

    This time I have set myself a 100 days challenge and was wondering if anyone would like to do this with me to help keep me motivated.

    I found lipotrim worked for me before but this time have quite a large psychological block as I know what's coming this time .

    Any tips and advice on how to enjoy the shakes would be greatly appreciated.

    Good luck with the challenge. We too aimed at around 100 days but may hit our targets just shy of that. Unfortunately i'm coming to the end of my Lipo journey but will check in to see how you are getting on

    I'd seriously advise picking up a cheap smoothie maker or blender and mixing the shakes up with ice cold water and a few ice cubes. I also add a couple of sweetners to the chocolate to make it more palatable. Water is the next biggest thing as you probably know, just stock up on bottles of spring water and see if you like the carbonated stuff. You'll not catch me at any point in the day without a bottle by my side to sip away on.

    The first few days are the hardest but after that just try to keep yourself busy. We aim for an hour in the gym 5 nights a week which keeps my mind off food.
