No weight lost :(

I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem I just don't understand , I'm on day 18 and I weigh the same as I did on day 14 and I don't know why .i haven't cheated I'm drinking about 4litres of fluids between water and black tea ,I did have trouble going to the toilet for 5 days but after a visit to the chemist that is now sorted . Can anyone tell me what's wrong ?

Hi Jackie I was the same last week the scales didn't move for 4 days but it was retention of fluid due to the time of the month but by my 2nd weigh in I had lost the pharmacist explained that it can happen so keep positive and stay strong
I'm on day 17 today am finding it tough but it's so worth it ..... Feel great today hope you do to
