    Red face Lipotrim Day one

    so I started lipotrim this morning
    I am finding it hard but I am determined to get through
    it all starts with the first step
    starting weight - 20st 11lb

    Hi Katie good luck in your journey I myself have started lipotrim im in week 3 I'm not sure how to get my start weight under my name as I'm using my iPhone and am new to the forum world lol my start weight was 21st 8lb 😫 but I lost 12lb 5 my first week and 10lb my second so it's Deffo worth it !! If you need any help I'm here GOOD LUCK XX

    BIG CONGRATS ON DAY 1 KATIE IT ONLY GETS BETTER !! I think its down to the water I really do I'm on the 3 strawberry shakes a day and in between I drink black coffee and lots of water (running to the toilet could be a big factor in my losses lol) I try and drink 3 litres a day sounds a lot but I always was a water drinker so it suits me...I was no where near expecting to have as big of a loss as I did this week but really I can't stress enough after the first few days hunger really goes IM AMAZED!! Still after nearly three weeks I have to stop and think "I can't believe I'm
    Not hungry"??!!!! Lol and the weigh in's make you feel fantastic.

    P.s Thank you xxx and For me day 3/4 was the toughest after that it was amazing I can't stress enough stick in there Hun it's so worth it xxx

    its good to know that the water helps because I drank 3 litres yesterday and will definitely continue to drink it
    I cant wait to get into ketosis because its the minor headaches that are annoying me at the moment
    but thankful to say day one officially done

    its going well now that I am in ketosis I am drinking loads and loads of water and am not hungry at all

    thanks quick question do you have to have all three shakes ever day for the diet to work I kinda had to force the last one down I wasn't hungry

    From what I've read yes the shakes contain all the nutrients and goodness your body needs to stop it going INto starvation mode which can seriously affect your weight loss I struggle sometimes too but try using just 200ml instead of 250ml and neck it lol works for me

    lol yeah I have been necking it too at this stage I am just trying to get through them before I go to bed at night but I am pleased to say that I am officially on day 6 of lipotrim and haven't cheated once I cant wait for my first weigh in on Wednesday it will make this week worth it
