    2 shakes and a meal?

    Hello all, Does anyone have any information on 2 shakes and a meal? I'm really struggling with keeping it down to the 3 shakes so I was thinking of having an evening meal off the refeed menu? Has anyone tried this before and if so what was the weight loss? X

    Hi Daisey, this is not endorsed by LT but I believe u can do this with the maintenance products.
    If that's ur plan tho I'd look at some of the other vlcd's on the market as u can get them considerably cheaper xx

    Start weight 280lbs *gasps*
    Target weight 168lb

    Month 1 - 25lbs gone. Month 2 - 43lbs gone. Month 3 - 61lbs gone.
    Two week refeed for Christmas :-) 03/01/13 round 2, 5lbs gain, another 12 ish weeks to go :-)

    Restart weight - 224lbs/16st - total 56lbs gone
    Month 1 - 20lbs gone.

    25/03/13 FINAL RESTART! 15st 7lbs this morning :-(
    Week 1 - 18lbs gone!!! Week 2 - 6lbs gone, Week 3 - 1lb on :-( Week 4 - 8lbs gone
    Month 1 - 31lbs gone Week 5 - 5lbs gone 7 stones gone :-) Week 6 - 6lbs gone

    Changed to alternate days fasting and have been maintaining between 11.3 - 11.10. Recent increase in weight, back to reset the "greedy brain"

    amp - I assume vape is the replacement e-cigarette.

    2 LT a day, one meal is a bad idea. You're not going to be in ketosis so you're going to be hungry and you'll quit far sooner.

    Seesh - if there's anyone out there worse at maintenance than me I'd like to meet them!
