2nd time LT is much harder for me motivation wise. Ive had a few blips already and its only 3 weeks, i was virtually 100% last time and would lie and come up with any and every excuse not to eat. This time round I really need a kick up the bum.
After a blip last night ive set myself a 30 day challenge to stay 100% EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Please support me :) well we call all support each other. Its going to be hard as im at my mums for 2 weeks and than my sister is staying with me for a bit after that. But thsts all the more reason to have this challenge and stay on track.
I think if i do this, i will have to treat my self and buy something lush. I love makeup so probably some expensive makeup ;) xx

I've just had a wkend down south with family and sat through a million and one (okay 6), meals out/take always and stayed 100%. I'm with u All the way hunny but only 25 days until refeed as I'm going to Kendal Calling :D xx
Ooh that's motivated me!! If you can do it so can i!! I will probs refeed after that too as ive got a long weekend in the lakes we are booking with the family! Woop! So ill refeed, have my little hol and thsn back on it.

Day 2 of 30 nearly over. Ive just filled up a couple of water bottles to put on bedside table. Baby goose keeps getting up and wont settle. Cant wait to get pjs on n in bed. Not been too tough today... Was very nearly tempted to cheat but temptation passed very quickly.
Day 3 commences of the challenge. Had a bit of a lie in... Baby goose was up constantly from 4am till about 7am and would not settle but got a good hour kip 8-9
Off to have a shower... Must do laundry first though! Weather is lush! Might as well hang them out to dry :)
Feeling quite grumpy like i just want to cry.
Just got of the phone to my mum and was just ratty with her. Told her i was tired and she started
Trying to tell me nicely that i should come of the diet whilst im at hers, and she thinks diet is exhaustingly (no its my baby who refuses to sleep!!) it just peed me off n i just said mum im doing this diet, its not up for discussion so leave it. Her heart was in the right place but im just feeling grumpy today... Like i cant be arsed with anything :(
Day 3 of the challenge nearly over.... Baby goose is wide awake playing with her toys!! Arghhh!! Her sleeping habits are horrendous and drive me to tears :(
Dieting on top of looking after a baby (and never ending housework which is all i seem to do on my mat leave) is exhausting :(
Don't be disheartened goose... This diet is brutal & only very strong people can endure any length of time on it but equally, those strong people succeed as they know the benefits.. I know what u mean re ur Mom. There's no way I'd tell mine... She'd destroy any chance I have I succeeding... I'm not telling my one! Much easier that way.... Too hard to have people who are ignorant of it frying our brains & making assumptions. Just think.. It's only for a matter of wks... Ignore everything else, because, quite simply! Nothing else matters.. The fact is if the diet is broken and/or u don't stick to it... Then everything u write on here is a waste of time cos there is only one goal...ur strong?

Anyone apart from hubby. I had to tell my mum this time round as im Staying at hers for 2 weeks so im sure shell clock on. So i had to tell her so she can support me and make excuses to
My dad!! She wants to support me, her heart is in the right place but she just wants the best for me
My mum is the absolute love of my life. I speak to her virtually everyday N shes been amazing :) love her to bits

Im much better today. Been really busy so thsts been good, not been tempted to eat ;) had a cheeky sneak peak on scales and its going down :) next couple weeks or maybe even next week will be down in the 10's woohooo
Baby goose knocked out so im heading downstairs now. Last shake needs to be drunk, will have it at 10 when the hubby gets it xx
