    Red face Parting is such sweet sorrow.....

    I have decided that me and Lipotrim (full time anyway) are no longer.
    I completely went off the soup last week and so ordered the 3 sweet ones this week. But I don't have a sweet tooth at the best of times so getting them down was hard work.
    Tonight after being out with the hubby all day and not succumbing once, I got home and knew I couldn't stomach a shake so I made a mousse instead. I got halfway through and had to run to the toilet to bring it all up again.
    I absolutely cant face another 4 days of this so Ive decided to Lipo twice a day and have a low carb meal for my dinner.
    We are all off for a family day on the ferry tomorrow and making the shakes wouldn't have been possible anyway.
    Lets just hope I can still lose this way.
