I did Six months but was a little wishy washy towards the end.
If you stick it like crazy you drop like crazy - Id say about 3 litres of water a day spread out the day well and you will fire downwards like a rocket.

    Start Weight - July 14th 2014 22Stone 4lb

    1st Goal weight - 20 stone
    2nd Goal weight - 18 Stone
    3rd Goal Weight -16 Stone
    If/maybe/possibly Goal Weight 13-14 Stone.

    Ill keep you posted

Years ago you could stay on Lipotrim TFR until you got to your goal weight but now it is until you get to a healthy BMI 25 then they recommend if you still want to lose more weight of switching over to the Lipotrim maintenance products.

Your friend is probably thinking of the Cambridge Weight Plan or one of the other vlcd's where you can only do TFR (called Sole Source on Cambridge Weight Plan) for 12 weeks and then you must have a week where you add a small meal of 200 calories...after the week is over you can go back to SSing again.

    Hey Mini,

My colleague is also on lipotrim and we go to the same pharmacist every Thursday. He said to her its a new protocol but never mentioned it to me :S Im hoping to be on it for at least 5 months which if it goes well, should put me more to the lower end of my BMI

I drink around 3.5 litres a day including that of my shakes, I also mix in green tea as I know that is suppose to be good for the metabolism
I hope I do go down like rocket
