    New girl with sn 8 week challenge!

    Hello all. I am starting Lipotrim tomorrow, been to the pharmacy to get all my supplies! I'm currently 14 stone 2 , 5foot 4.5 and I'm really really hoping I could lose 3 stone in 7/8 weeks - do you think that's even remotely achievable!? ? Thanks all xx

    Yes it is achievable to lose 3 stones in 8 weeks, you just have to be really dedicated, motivated and uber strict! The first few days are the hardest but once the first weeks over you should be fine. Good luck xo

    I had my weigh in yday and lost 9lbs, feeling so motivated. I'm hoping to lose around 4 stones by December in time for my holiday

    Yeah it really is, but once you're through that it gets easier.
    My family are all going out to eat tonight and they're persuading me to have a cheat meal, I'm saying no now but I'm scared I might crack later on this evening I just need to focus on that 9lbs and hopefully by my next weigh in I would have lost a whole stone. How is the diet going for you so far? X

    It's ok, so far so good but it is only day one, ha! Really hoping I can do at least a full 7 weeks, I know the 12th October is going to arrive regardless of what I do in the meantime and if I get to that date and haven't stuck to it I'll be gutted!!!

    Don't go for the meal, no no no!! It's one meal, there'll be do many others you can join in on...you'll feel a million dollars if you wake up tomorrow and you didn't cave. Think that's the reason I'm in this mess now, there is always something going on and I keep making excuses to justify that occasion or night out....if you get through tonight then another mental battle will have been won

    It's my birthday next week and I'm planning on staying 100%, I have to stop associating being able to enjoy myself with food and drink...I can enjoy myself without those things, we both can! ???? xx

    I hate it wen so called loved ones encourage us to cheat. My hubbys done thst numerous times to me on this diet n ivd caved only to feel
    Worse for it later, he uses all this rubbish like it speed up my metabolism but its a load of nonsense. Ive been lucky thst ive been super motivated n come bZck on but let me warn u! After a cheat its realllyy hard to get back on. There will be Many more occasions you can eat, not worth it.

    Destination in 5ft 4.5... Deffo achievable of u guzzle the water n stay 100%... Ive lost a fair bit with a number of cheats :/

    Start Weight13.506/2014 12stone 8lbs

    Week 1 - 11st13lbs (-9lbs)
    Week 2 - 11st 9.5lbs (-3.5lbs)
    Week 3 - 11st 6.5lbs (-3lbs)

    Oh that's gonna be hard but I'm sure you'll stick to it, just think next b'day you'll be able to celebrate feeling a million dollars!

    Yeah you're absolutely right. Thankfully my family are supportive, although they think one cheat day is allowed. I'm gonna stick through it and hopefully by my next weigh in I'd have lost a further 5lbs totalling to a stone in two weeks. How long have you been on lipotrim goose, and how much have you lost? Xo

    Its all in my signature hun... Ill see if i can screen shot n send u a pic, if u look in weight loss diaries theres my diary... Journey to goal which has all my losses from first time round. Its hard wen others dont truly understand this diet even though there intentions may not be bad, but its total food replacement and thsts why the results u get are awesome.

    That pics one week out of date, last week i lost 2lbs on week 11 but had a weekend not on plan (hubby emotionally bribing me)

    Week 12 for me tomorrow. Really want to stick to it 100% even though got a 4 day wedding invite, meals starting tonight, friday, saturday, Sunday. Some serious dedication needed n a bit of lying n pretending to eat :/ hopefully if i stick 100% 3 more weeks n im done!!

    I weighed myself this morning n im 9st 7.5 so in 12 weeks thst marks a 3 stone loss wooohooooo
