    As today is 1/9/14. Is anyone up for setting a target/challenge for the month? Come on people lets get this weight moving lol (i hope I'm not talking to myself)

    I'm in!! I've just started so I want to drop 21 pounds...aiming high!!

    6th June to 20th June (Egypt) - 15 days

    21st June to 19th July (final hurdle) - 29 days

    25th July - 6th day refeed

    26th July - hen party - woohoo! Praying i'll be 10s 7lb

    Then follow IF to lose final two stone, it's a battle but i'll get there!

    Morning people. I am in too obviously. And as there are 30 days in september, im going for 20lbs plus 20 mins excercise a day! Destination 119, i like the sounds of 21lbs , i have a touch of ocd so i couldnt do an odd number, i ilke to keep things tidy lol AND Lisa, 2 stone is doable, as my daughter has just lost 2 stone on this in a month. Having 2 shakes and a meal every day , hard work, but very doable!! Aim high!! My weigh in day is tomorrow, i dont think i should count that though, as i feel thats last weeks hard work! What do you think??? Oh and my name is Helen #goteam x
