    As today is 1/9/14. Is anyone up for setting a target/challenge for the month? Come on people lets get this weight moving lol (i hope I'm not talking to myself)

    Then follow IF to lose final two stone, it's a battle but i'll get there!

    Morning people. I am in too obviously. And as there are 30 days in september, im going for 20lbs plus 20 mins excercise a day! Destination 119, i like the sounds of 21lbs , i have a touch of ocd so i couldnt do an odd number, i ilke to keep things tidy lol AND Lisa, 2 stone is doable, as my daughter has just lost 2 stone on this in a month. Having 2 shakes and a meal every day , hard work, but very doable!! Aim high!! My weigh in day is tomorrow, i dont think i should count that though, as i feel thats last weeks hard work! What do you think??? Oh and my name is Helen #goteam x

    I've completely fell off the wagon and broke my ketosis so tried re feeding to a disaster this week by over feeding . I want to be involved in this and I get weighed on Thursday so hoping my chemist will let me go back on the shakes full time again. If so, count me in

    I haven't had a weigh in for three weeks, somehow had tons of shakes left over (probably from being naughty and only having 2 some days) but only have 2 days worth left so looks like Thursday will be mine!

    Love this challenge, great idea!! God I'd love to stop 2 stone this month!! Keep us posted on your weigh in Helen...surely today will count towards it, it is September after all!! Or count half the pounds you lose towards september a goal, 50/50 xx

    Did 12 weeks on lipotrim 18 month ago lost 4 stone , manages to keep it off back for a second go now :-) <3

    week two: - 5lb
