Exercise???????

Hello everyone,

I hope everyone is getting through today on a good track.

I was wondering if anyone is doing exercise? and if you think it does help with the weight loss?


I am trying to do an 1 in the gym and a work out dvd everyday, but its difficult to fit in the day. does anyone think it will make a substantial difference? I am considering changing it to long walks instead, I do hate the gym.
 
Hi, from previous discussions exercise appears to slow down losses on LT. Not personal experience tho x
 
I do a half an hour walk everyday. I find the scales start to go up if I do more than that.
