Hi All,

I'm new to this, just thought i'd get involved online!

I'm two weeks into the Lipoptrim TFR programme.

I have lost 1stone in two weeks, I actually thought i would have lost more!!

I am drinking between 3-4 litres of water a day. Im not exercising at all, I don't know if it's all in my head but I really feel Lazy in the evening!

My Goal weight is 13' 9' and i'm Currently 15' 9' . Hope over the next 6 weeks I'll get down to it!

I am finding the diet quiet boring and it is limiting my social life, which is a downer.

I just wanted to get feedback from you guys to see how you are finding it!

How much water are you drinking or are you exercising?

Is there anything new you took up to busy your time?

Just interested in all your feedback!! :)

Hi Brianm

I am on Day 4 and have to say so far so good!
I know what you mean about boring though but I found a great thread on here with tips to liven up the shakes a bit - eg adding a spoon of coffee to the chocolate shake and mixing with a little cold water then adding boiling water - it really makes a difference to the taste of the shakes as I find it hard enough to take them cold especially at this time of year.

I know what you mean about hampering your social life though - Thankfully I don't have too much on between now and Christmas but I think i def would have found it too difficult over the summer as I had a lot of things on weddings & hen weekends which I dont think I'd have got through without a wee tipple ;)

You are having great results though, and its so worth it to get the bulk off and then start on a positive healthy eating regime - its only a short period out of your life and the way I look at it - I was miserable yo-yo dieting for all of my adult life!! If I can stick this out for a few months (And I Will!!!) It will mean I can enjoy normal Healthy eating and lifestyle! Without the constant pressure of wondering if ANOTHER few pound had went on in the last week!

Good luck to you - Push through any misgivings and give yourself a fair chance.

A whole stone is great Brianm, well done! I'm only on day 4 as well, but I did Lipotrim a few years ago for a couple of months. Social events are definitely much harder, but I'd bring a flapjack with me to meals and join the conversation - ultimately I'm there for the people, not the food, and it's nobody's business what I eat but my own, as long as it's not making me unhealthy. I'm actually helping with cooking at an event this weekend, that'll be a challenge but I have weigh-in the next day to motivate me. Just one more week, is what I tell myself, then on weigh-in I'm generally motivated by the loss to do just one more week, and so on until goal weight. And like seabre says, this is just a short period of our lives to get through, I'm seeing each day on lipotrim as being one day closer to the tomorrow I want. I'll be honest that I'm not exercising much, I've been more drowsy this week, I'm not sure whether it's the diet, general run-downness with autumn, or my body needing rest after non-stop work and commute for the last 6 months. 3-4 litres a day is great, you're doing absolutely fine :D Keep going!

Thanks for the encouragement guys! Appreciate it!!

Will definitely try the coffee in the shakes, that sounds great!

I still am craving my comfort foods.. I thought it would disappear... nope!

Onwards and upwards! :p

You are doing fantastic. I lost a stone in two weeks too, I'm on week 3. I've started getting cravings but oddly it's for healthy food. I do find it harder now the weather is getting colder. I have a holiday and friends wedding coming up to motivate me. I reckon you could lose your two stone to reach target in the next 6 weeks. Just think what is 6 weeks when you have the rest of your life to feel great. Good luck. X

Hi all, you are all doing so well, just starting week 3. I do Lipotrim different I do not make mine into shakes I have hot drinks throughout the day by adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 chocolate and one coffee. 3 sachets last all day and in this colder weather they are a comfort. Managing to down 3 litres a day as well

A stone in 2 weeks is fantastic, I hope I see results like that! Keep up the great work and remember why you're doing it :)
I start tomorrow, eeeekk! Here's hoping I have the willpower to succeed!

Kelly xx

I fell off the wagon last night but I'm back on it again and couldn't wait to have my shake. Me and my husband had the offer of babysitting for our 5 month old so it was our first date night since having him. I was full really quick and actually felt sick and bloated afterwards, it took me ages to get comfortable. I'm happy to be back on the shakes and hope my little cheat doesn't cost me too much on the scales tomorrow x

Kerry - congrats on getting straight back on the wagon!! That's what it's all about. I'm sure the small cheat won't affect things too much. Also v impressed that you're managing this with a small baby. That's what you call dedication! :)

Skinnymindy - thank you, I managed to lose 3lb so was really pleased with that, I've been back to 100% since my cheat. Anyone else been having major mood swings? I'm generally really laid back but this week I've been super moody... My poor husband ha. X

Haha Kerry, I pity my girlfriend! My mood is all over the place! Well done for getting back on straight away! Today is my 35th day and I'm closing down on the 2stone mark! I did take a 3 day break for my girlfriends birthday it did set me back a little! Same as above, I'm getting cravings for healthy foods! Now that I'm nearly down the 2stone, I really wanna keep going. I'm not really phased at all anymore! Anyone got any plans for Halloween? How are you guys gonna manage? It's one of my favourite times of the year! Don't know what to do!

For Halloween we're hopefully having a haunted games night (Werewolf, Betrayal at House on the Hill), food will probably be ordered in but I'm getting better at resisting this. Congrats on the loss Brian, I'm almost at the 1 stone mark and hoping to break straight past it soon! Somewhat annoyingly I have three events in November that are all spaced out that will involve food (dinner party, weekend-away, my birthday) so I'll probably take a break then.

That sounds fun! And thank you! Well you do deserve a break! Don't punish yourself! Enjoy it, try get straight back on the wagon though!!
