The last time I did tfr we used to have a monthly challenge and I found it a great way to keep myself going so I thought that I might try and start one this time round and would love for people doing tfr to join in, all you need to do is pledge your weight loss for the month and weigh in day below. Anyone can join in whether you're on LT for the whole month or just for a couple of weeks. Please make sure you post your loss on this thread so I can update it for you!

We all pledge an amount of pounds that we aim to lose in November
I'll update this first post with everyone's losses as we go along.
You can join in at any time just pledge your weight loss and weigh day.
Keep posting your losses even if you achieve your pledge early so we can see how well everyone has done at the end!

Hi buttercup! Great idea! I pledge 14 lbs :) When did you start back?

Great skinnymindy I'll put u down for 14 lb, I started back on Monday, am on day 5 and all going well.

Started on the 5th oct and have 2 stone gone! Whoo! 1.5 stone left!! How you getting on? Thanks a mill for starting challenge X

Well done SkinnyMindy! 2 stone down is great; I would like to lose about 3.5 stone in total too. I am just starting week 2 and plan to do 14 weeks in total. Success stories like yours spur me on!

Hey Buttercup, great idea! A good challenge that will keep me for one on track - especially when I am tempted to cave in to 'reasonable' food ;(

Well, I started just over a week ago (Day 9 today), and I lost 6.6lb at first WI. There's only a week left for Nov. so please put my target total down as 10lb. My weigh day is Fri 28th Nov (Fridays). Thanks :)

PS: I see you're on Day 6 yourself Buttercup. How's your first week been? I bet you can't wait to weigh in!

Well my first week down and had my weigh in and I was shocked to see that I have lost a stone in my first, will keep me going for the next couple of weeks . Hope everyone is doing well today.

Fallen short of my 10lb goal. Lost just 1kg this week -2.2lb, bringing my total weight loss to 8.8lb. Oh well :|
 
Trimlee you have done fantastic don't be too hard on your self, just one thing do you get weigh ed in the morning? And is it the same time every time you get weighed in ?

Aaaw thanks Buttercup. I get weighed about lunch time. It seems I wasn't drinking enough water. I've stepped up my water intake now. Here's aiming for a better result this week.
How are you getting on Buttercup?
 
Am sure u will have a great loss next week and it will spur u on just stick with it.
Am doing good was gonna do refeed next week but I've now decided to do it for two more weeks instead to try and get down a bit further
